bux.to is Fraud (Sorry)

April 28, 2008

So like a little while back, well actually yesterday. I made a post about bux.to and how I would test to see if it was legit, and I was going to post about it as I went along….

Well aparently I didn’t research it well enought cause I was doing more research and found this post at Tech Crunch. So sorry all about my last post about it.

Bux.to is a SCAM! I have been a member for a year now and I bought 170 referrals and a premium membership. I requested payout for $12.29 and did get paid but when my account reached $700, someone mysteriously hacked into my account and requested payout. I emailed Bux.to and gave them all my information plus the transaction numbers from Alertpay to prove that I purchased the referrals and premium membership and they would not even reply to my messages. I have kept all of the messages that I sent which is roughly 30 and whenever I go to see if they replied to my message, it is always sent back to me as resolved. I am so upset! They pay people the small amounts of money but not pay the big ones. I guess there is a reason why they don’t have a phone number. DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Bux,to is not scam and for the hacks the staff of bux is not responsible, new script and security program that has came make my account very safe i was hacked also for about 100$ but bux to has returned that money from his own pocket and make stronger security program i have bought over 500referrals and as soon is see more that 100$ i request payout never leave money always take cashout (now also on bux mastercard you can bee payed) . so i recommend you to register and try again i personally guarantee you that you will not be hacked.

Maybe is a scam, but they are paying, as long as they pay, i can’t consider them a scam, i’vegotten 4 payments from them so far, little payments 10,10,10,17, and 27 on the way, they take long to pay, but they do pay.

Oh yes Bux.to is a SCAM!! I can tell you to look into their Forum http://www.buxbb.com of course you will have to register to see the thousands of complaints made daily, but they will show you all of the so called success stories without the need to register.

If you want to find out for yourself, then join them. You will notice as I did over the last 5 months that there are few if any REAL advertisers that use this site. More than 95% are Bux so called success stories, and or affiliate links that are paid to Bux as advertisements they display.

Now for those that can not figure that out, this means that Bux is bringing in little to NO money that they are supposedly paying you to view these ads. Ahhh but wait I almost forgot about all of the money that they are SCAMMING from others for the purchase of Premium Membership, and buying referrals, so I guess they are making money on this too.

When it all comes down to it, all that is being done is stealing from Peter to pay Paul. Quite a racket they have going on there. My advise is to keep your money and save your time.

    HI,

Last year I signed up at bux.to, I bought 300 referalls for $129 which later clearly became clear those were no referalls but randomly named bots, which noone ever give me more than 15 clicks,

After months, when I finally clicked myself a grand total of $10 I asked them to pay me, wer are now 10 months later and I haven’t seen a damn cent.

They are indeed a SCAM, thiefs, and most of their ads are actually faked up forum posts, and faked up “proofs op payment”, on most of them you could actually see that they didn’t use the correct font in Photoshop. DUH

So, they need to be banned, the author are thieves, so they well eventually come with something of the same.

These guys are full of lies, stealing from people, faking everything up, from forum posts, proof posts, etc…etc….

There have been tens of thousand of people posting the reality on the forums, but their posts are immediately removed, and they are permanently banned from all their domains, so they are doing very good in hiding the truth, but reality will in the end win of their full-time job if lying and faking and stealing.

DO NOT GIVE 1 CENT to these thieves, they have been stealing from money from within the U.S.A., then from Malaysia, then from Honduras, and then from Germany.

Bux.to is NOT a scam. they are only suffering many internal delays as they are being overwhelmed by many people trying to cash out. I have been paid $10 and am awaiting another $300 + .. i have a friend that recieved several thousand! It is free to sign up, so dont complain if they take a while. Also they dont guarantee the money within 60 business days if conditions are not normal. Read their TOS, they are actually completely in their TOS. Faster payments will resume once the new script is implemented!

Bux.to is a classic “Ponzi” scheme of global proportions. I am a Premium Member there and have been for almost 1 year. I received 1 payment of $16.00 from them and then made a second request for $272.00 on 10 April 2008 and to date I have not received a damn thing. This is how these schemes work chances are you’ll get one payment, but it won’t ever be enough to cover your investment. This is to keep you interested and to continue to promote the scheme to others.

The Bux.to Bulletin Board at buxbb is down and has been for about 1 month. The purpose of the board was mostly sales related through the posting of success stories about payments etc. The mods were there to shut down any dissent by users that failed to get paid in over 200+ days after requesting. My guess is this one has run its course and is no longer serving the purpose of generating more sales and so they shut the board down.

I haven’t been able to check my stats on the Bux.to website for some time and I suspect that portion of the website is gone as well. This is described in detail on my blog here: http://thebuxptrs.blogspot.com

Well, I am just another bitten bux.to user who feels totally robbed of his hope and time. After 4 months of diligence I eventually reached the enormous amount of 13.00 $ and after claiming a cash out I never heard from bux.to what-so-ever. Whether it is a scam or not it’s up to you to decide. I think their are pretty much on the level but just somewhat reckless in a way…. haha …NO WAY!
BETTER STEER CLEAR OF BUX.TO. BOTTOM LINE!

most of the people who are saying here that bux.to is not a scam and they got really paid. I don’t believe them , bux.to is run by 3 men in their mid 30’s (i won’t name their real names) but i know them, they have been in this scamming business since teen age.

Beware of them. They are real frauds.
