Apple Jumping into the Netbook Market?
The buzz recently has been about if Apple should jump into the netbook market, that seems to be growing with computers form all the major computer companies these days. Some could actually argue that the Macbook air in essence is a netbook due to its small size and easy mobility, and if that were the case, then Apple is actually responsible for the netbook. But it seems the term netbook has become much more then just portability. Netbooks now seems to mean portability and cheap, being a laptop less then $500.

Review Garmin Forerunner 405
The Garmin Forerunner 405 is the top GPS watch for runners and bikers on the market today. The Forerunner 405 by Garmin greatly improves upon previous GPS enabled watches Garmin and other GPS companies have created in the past.
The first improvement you will see on the Garmin Forerunner 405 when compared to other GPS watches is its size. Most one unit GPS watches in the past were huge and heavy on your wrist. They were unpractical and too embarrassing to wear.

Newton Running Shoes
Newton Running shoes have been out for a few years now, but are more of a cult following at the moment with a small dedicated user base. Newton Shoes are then next great advancement in running shoes sine the Nike Cortez; the first shoe for the everyday jogger. They are currently the bestkept running secret on the market.
Most runners today are heel strikers when they run, and because of this most shoes are designed for heel strikers built for a smooth transition of heel to toe. Contrary to what about 90% of runners do running heel first is not natural running form. Anyone who has ever run along the beachbarefoot would tell you that you run more on your fore foot and never on your heels. Most shoes today are promoting non-natural running form. Not only is heel to toe running not natural it will actually make runners more prone to running overuse injuries. The reason for this is because when a runner lands on their heel there leg is locked out straight and the shock of landing travels up through the leg. This is opposed to running forefoot strike first. When you land on your forefoot your leg is bent a little upon strike and the shock is absorbed much better then when your foot is locked rigid in heel strike first.

Cancer; The Facts
“We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand. If I don’t seem as depressed or morose as I should be, sorry to disappoint you (Pausch 1)” said Randy Pausch as he began a lecture at Carnegie Mellon University about childhood dreams. Randy was diagnosed with Pancreatic
cancer and has ten large tumors in his liver. Despite the doctors estimates of only three to six months left of good health he conducts his speech not with sorrow but with positive energy (Pausch 1). Randy does not look sick or even act sick, but is terminally ill. Cancer comes at everyone differently and is not prejudice, it yields to no one.
