It’s the new craze catching the internet by storm: micro-blogging. And where better to do it than Twitter.com? Twitter has led the way in the micro-blogging revolution, with this site, being founded in 2006, hitting fever pitch this year. Twitter, which allowsusers to post tiny updates of up to 140 characters, is now the third most popular social network in the world after Facebook and Myspace.

Loosing Intrest in Zenbe
I have recently begaun to loose intrest in zenbe. Recently I have been getting all sorts of spam mail it has not been sorting through and it seems they are now focusing more on their bussiness users instead of individual normal user needs. They seem to be shifty toward the corprate end which I guesse is needed to make money. Kind of a shame as I was enjoying zenbe a lot. Looks liek I am stickign with gmail for the long run.
Also seems liek gmail has kicked it into high gear recently with the release of gmail labs and they have been creating some awsome stuff!

The Night Prefontaine Died
I reluctantly got out of bed realizing I had to race today. I half didn’t want to, but realizing it was the last meet of the month long Finnish tour that Pre set up I woke myself up and got dressed. I knew it would end up being a great meet, since it was at Eugene and Pre would definitelyattract a large crowd especially with his loud talks of breaking his 5,000m record tonight. I wouldn’t call his loud mouth cockiness, just confidence. Every time he toed the line for a race, he just new he was going to win, and he had the numbers to back up his talk. I mean he currently holds every American record from the 2,000m to the 10,000m, and he only ever lost 3 races at Hayward field in Eugene, which were all in the mile (Rice). Now being fully awake, I remembered why this race was so important to me and I had to get up for it, it was my last chance to qualify for the NCAA Championships in the 800m (Bence2008)ere was just one minor hurdle for me today and that is, I broke my jaw in the PAC-8 Championships and my Jaw was wired shut from surgery a few days ago (Bence2008)

Tips For Planning a Website
Ben Franklin once said, “By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” This is true in most aspects of life, but when it comes to design, it’s the one truth to rule them all. When designing a web page, if you don’t take the time to prepare first, yourdesign will almost always come out faulty. To avoid a faulty design, grab a pencil and paper and do a few things before you begin typing in your HTML.

Throughout Heart of Darkness, written by Joseph Conrad there are many religious references and symbols. The Character Kurtz in the beginning of the story is talked and praised about and in the end you see the real Kurtz. The reader realizes that Kurtz is actually evil and not a savior as
many of the characters in the book believe, even after the story ends. Even though it seems that Kurtz is actually evil, he can be compared to Jesus in the bible, because he went to bring morals to a land that had none, he had men who followed him as disciples, and he died as a symbol.
